GoCardless handles the payment details. Cover is only active once eligibility, payment and the plan start date are confirmed.

Reliable Cover is built to be straightforward. We will explain what is included, what is not included, when breakdown support starts and how we assess repairs before you commit to a plan.
Maintenance plan, not insurance
Reliable Cover is a service and maintenance plan provided by Elite Energy Eco Ltd, trading as Reliable Cover. It is not sold as insurance and does not provide a cash payout.
No claims in first 30 days
No claim, breakdown service request or call-out can be submitted during the first 30 days after the plan starts. Servicing or checks may still be arranged where applicable.
Payment default reset
If cover is suspended because a payment is missed or defaulted, no claims can be made until 30 days after arrears are paid in full and the account is reinstated.
Existing faults excluded
Faults, warning codes, leaks, unusual noises or performance issues that existed before cover starts are excluded.
Unlimited call-outs, fair use applies
Eligible covered repairs include standard parts and labour with unlimited call-outs, subject to the Fair Use Policy, parts availability, safety, access and commercial reasonableness.
Quoted remedial works
Specialist or remedial works such as power flushing, system cleansing, descaling, upgrades and replacement equipment are not included as standard and may be quoted separately.
